In Taormina's Studio, there is no mass production involved, our jewelry are crafted in limited series, by a small team of very skilled Artisan, under the direct supervision of The Designer Taormina. As soon your order is placed, we start the production process, personalizing your jewelry pieces (color stones, ring sizes, necklace length etc.).
Every piece is delivered in a Elegant Jewelry box, ready to give as a gift!
We ship USPS Priority Mail and We offer FREE SHIPPING to the Continental USA. (including Alaska and Hawaii).
All Orders may require direct signature upon delivery.

Please keep in mind that Your Order is among many others, and impeccable Craftsmanship cannot be rushed.
Please allow 7 to 10 business days to ship. Please keep in mind that our Production Dpt. is closed on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. If you need your Order sooner, please contact us with your specific time frame and if we can, we will do our best to accommodate it. If for whatever reasons, your order should delayed to be shipped, we will contact you ASAP.

Taormina Jewelry Inc. will not be held responsible for lost shipments that are the fault of anyone but Taormina Jewelry Inc. and will not be held responsible for its choice of shipping carrier.

Taormina Jewelry Inc. is not responsible for delays in transit or failure to deliver due to fire, flood, strike or other labor difficulty, act of God, act of any governmental authority or of the customer, riot, embargo, fuel or energy shortage, wrecks or delay in transportation, inability to obtain necessary labor, materials, services or manufacturing facilities from usual sources, failure of suppliers, subcontractors or shippers to meet their contractual obligations, or any other causes of like or unlike nature beyond Taormina Jewelry Inc. reasonable control.

For ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS we ship USPS Express Mail.
The cost of shipment is $25.00 US Dollars. Please consider 3 business days for production and 4 to 6 business days for delivery.  If you have any questions regarding International Orders, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Please note: It is your responsibility to know the laws of your country and community as they apply to ordering merchandise from the USA. We will not be held responsible nor will we issue credit for items seized by the customs service or any country.
 

We pride our self on offering the highest quality merchandise. All the Jewelry you order in Our Online Store are Special made just for you ( ring sizes, stones, Length etc). If you are not delighted with your purchase, please return the unused item in its original condition within 10 days (with the exception of Christmas Gift, we will consider 10 days starting Dec 25th) and we will provide you with an online store credit only. This credit is only usable at VincenzoTaormina.net. If you received a gift, and it is the wrong size (Bracelet, Necklaces), please contact us, we will Email you the shipping procedures, and gladly re-size it for you free of charge.

Exchange Policy for a Wrong Ring size (Tension Set Only):

All Taormina's Tension Rings are create to the exact size provided to us by yourself the BUYER. Any error on selecting a size on a Tension Set Ring, necessitates the crafting of a new ring. A Flat fee of $45.00 (click here to pay) Online Payment, must be paid  prior the return of the wrongly sized ring. Once completed, the new ring will be shipped to you. Before you decide the new
Ring Size, we suggest to visit your local jeweler and have them size your finger. i
You can now Purchase our rubber Finger Ring Sizer, that measures finger sizes from 1 to 13 (1/2 size included)
The timeframe for the new ring is the same as the original, with a complimentary Free USA Shipping
